ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

Tempt respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

1. ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

You may request deletion of your Tempt account at any time through the account deletion option available within the Tempt application.

If you are unable to access the application, you may request account deletion by contacting us at:

support@gettempt.in

Please contact us using the email address associated with your Tempt account so that we can verify your request.

2. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER ACCOUNT DELETION

Once your account deletion request has been successfully processed, your Tempt account will no longer be accessible.

Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized, except for information that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

3. DATA THAT MAY BE DELETED

Account deletion may include deletion or anonymization of information associated with your account, including:

• Account and profile information
• Watchlist and saved content
• Viewing activity and history
• Preferences and account settings
• Other personal information associated with your account

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Deleting your Tempt account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through third-party platforms such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the applicable platform before deleting your Tempt account to prevent future renewal charges.

5. TRANSACTION AND LEGAL RECORDS

Certain payment, subscription, transaction, accounting, or other records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.

6. DATA RETENTION

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period.

Some information may temporarily remain in backups, system logs, or other systems until it is deleted according to our normal data-retention procedures.

7. PERMANENT DELETION

Account deletion may be permanent. Once your account has been deleted, you may lose access to your profile, watchlist, viewing activity, preferences, and other information associated with your account.

If you wish to use Tempt again after your account has been permanently deleted, you may need to create a new account.
