These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Tempt. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Tempt, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must meet the minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction to create an account and use Tempt independently.

Certain content available through Tempt may carry maturity classifications or age restrictions. Users are responsible for complying with applicable age requirements.

2. TEMPT ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person or use an account without authorization.

3. STREAMING SERVICE

Tempt provides access to digital entertainment that may include movies, series, short-form content, originals, and other audiovisual programming.

Content availability may vary and may change over time because of licensing arrangements, geographic restrictions, technical requirements, or business decisions.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some Tempt content or features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, duration, benefits, renewal conditions, and applicable taxes will be presented before purchase where required.

Subscriptions purchased through an app store may also be subject to that store's billing and subscription rules.

5. PERMITTED USE

Tempt is provided for personal and lawful entertainment use.

Unless expressly permitted, users may not:

• Copy or redistribute protected Tempt content

• Record or reproduce streamed content

• Circumvent digital-rights or access-control systems

• Attempt unauthorized access to Tempt systems

• Reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where legally permitted

• Use automated systems to scrape or extract content

• Share access in violation of applicable subscription restrictions

• Use Tempt for illegal activities

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Tempt application, branding, software, graphics, and content made available through the service may be protected by copyright, trademark, licensing agreements, and other intellectual-property rights.

Access to content does not transfer ownership of that content to the user.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We work to maintain reliable access to Tempt, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party services, security incidents, technical problems, licensing changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unauthorized access, abuse, serious or repeated violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risks to Tempt or its users.

9. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

Features, interfaces, subscriptions, and available content may change as Tempt evolves.

Material changes affecting users will be communicated where required by applicable law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tempt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to access the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Tempt after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
